john ( 2004-01-18 04:46:34 +0000 ): i had a heart attack like that. nothing is to important than your heath and having a lower stressed life. If you have to give some things up to feel better then do it. i had to give up drinking beer and smokeing and go on a diet because they said if i didn't i would more than likly die that was 6 years ago and now i feel great lossed 40 pounds and my family is more happy with me than ever before, and get your heart checked ever few months.
